3 of 4 found this helpful It is easy to follow. Has many pointers and ways to intensify the exercises. Lots of stretching that felt real good after each set so I was not as sore as I expected. After 5 times I feel a difference. More energy, more flexibility. Due to the ease in following along I am going to get more for dummies items.
