Concerned only of installation in northern climates. Says in manuel heating under 20 degrees farenheit reduced efficiency greatly and not rated for heating under that temp.
Linesets are labeled standard but a metric flairing tool is best.
T-stat did have farenheit options just have to set it up.
Now to the wiring I was fortunate to install a unit in spain for my brother and learned there that the wall mounted head unit is where the line voltage goes first. In Ohio electrical code states a disconnect must be in eyesight of equipment. So units designed for US has line voltage to a condensers disconnect. Happy to install it for my father. He loves it in his apartment. Piggy backed line voltage off of a electric baseboard heater will be used as secondary heat source below 20 degrees.
