British U.K. Euro 928 Essential Buyers Guide so-so for American car market

I purchased this book to gather information to buy a Porsche 928. Although this book has a good amount of helpful information about the 928, it is written overseas in the U.K. by a Brit, so all the references are in British lingo: money is in lbs., hood/bonnet, kilometers, wing/fender, Rt. Hand drive pics, help lines only available in the U.K., and British English word writing style. Possibly a great book lost in translation to a so - so book from an American point of view in buying a 928 in the States.
