Product was not as described. I was automatically refunded without return. I reached out for him to rectify his actions. Also asked for a prepaid label to send item back. He complained that I was blackmailing him. Gave him another chance to fix it. Never heard back from him. Reason I am leaving a neutral is because EBay resolved this issue and removed the derogatory comment.

Must have in every Bathroom
This is a non electric style that works by the water pressure. It is a cleaning tool and acts like an enema if used on the full pressure. Great product, easy to install and easy to use.
