excellent product and price!
1 of 1 found this helpful setup is as easy as pie. i am pc literate so i may be biased (if you aren't just follow the easy directions `in order`... but it took me 15 min (10 min modem doing its initial setup). using xfinity/activation page i didn't even have to talk to anyone, needed none of the new modem's info at all they just texted me a code and the new modem setup with all of the original modem's parameters.sweet!
