It's large font
It is large enough to see with only reading glasses or a magnifying glass.
Using both is a nuisance.
I wish volume one and the New Testament were available.

HATE pre-seasoning texture on cast iron.
I don't make ebelskiver ... but it's the perfect pan to pan fry quail eggs. The pre-seasoning texture is ubiquitous and unfortunate, alas.
