Don't risk your hearing!
I was really pleased with my Ety plugs. I wore them to really loud concert. I was able to enjoy the musicianship so much more--I could hear each part so clearly with my Ety plugs in. Normally the sound is just too loud, or I have used those cheap plugs which do protect your ears but don't allow you to hear well. I was so impressed! I DID need to adjust them in my ear a bit to get to where I was hearing well. Once in place, they mostly stayed put, requiring very minute adjustment to be in the perfect position perhaps once or twice (after very vigorous dancing).. They were extremely comfortable, I forgot they were there.
