ordered sand filter pump, due to the small filter just wasn't keeping up with the pool, to prevent allege from growing. Pool was already in a state of greenish water . Looked up the size i needed for pool ordered pump. it was here, faster than expected.
un packaged on a Saturday evening, and already had the silicon sand on hand .
Previous i already had a bypass system in place, so all i needed was the adaptors to go from smaller hoses to 1 1/2 hose. Built the platform, installed the sand, less than 2 hours later up and running.
Ran pump initially for 12 hours, no problems. Continued to filter the water for about another 4-5 days adjusting the PH and After a severe Shock treatment, crystal clear water. Kids back to swimming.
totally recommend this product. All ready looking into getting the Salt mixer for system.
