A great help to sleep
It helps falling asleep fine. Use 1-2 tablets, 1 is stated as daily dose in the info. If using more than 1 tablet late at night one might feel a bit drowsy and slow in the morning. But one sleep better through out the night. Either keep under tounge or swallow. When using 2 tablet I recommend swallowing 1 and letting 1 dissolve under tounge. Dissolves within a minute or so. It realy helps to fall asleep, though one has to try to sleep; like no movies, smartphone games or such. It does not knock you out. It just makes you tired and drowsy enough to fall a sleep. It tastes pretty sweet. Have'nt noticed any long term side effects. Recommended as sleep support. It helps me.
