Perfect for Winter Running - Keeps Hands Toasty

Excellent product. I used these when I was in the military, so I knew the quality would be exceptional. I use these as winter running mittens. My hands stay warm without the shell and some Alaskan wind does blow through these as you run, so they are perfect.

Great for muscle cramps

I've tried zip fizz, Emergenc C electrolyte mix and Squncher electrolyte replacement drinks. This product is most effective for muscle cramps related to prolonged exercise. I run 90-120 minutes and leg cramps usually start after about 80-90 minutes of hard running. If I drink one of these before and after exercise, I don't have cramps. Also, it keeps me from crashing after exercise.
