  Due to poor packing the tureen lid was shattered into pieces during shipping. Unlike the base the lid had no bubble wrap and was just wedged into the top of the box. I contacted seller with pictures who said they were sorry and for me to deal with eBay not them. I filed a claim and had to wait till the deadline before eBay would step in and today the deadline the seller sent me an offer of a $12 refund on a $36 purchase. Unbelievable. Offer declined and now I’m waiting on eBay to step in.
