It's taking away the active plaque.
This is my first experience with Psor-Val Spray. I've been using it for about two weeks. It has worked really well at clearing up the plaque on my skin. I was told by a neurosurgeon that he would not operate on my back until my psoriasis was no longer active because the loose plaque makes the risk of infection extremely high. About 20 years ago I used SkinCap which worked wonders and then was ta kn off the market in the USA. Probably about 10 years ago i found it available on EBAY and bought several cans of it. The price had doubled from $30 /can to $60. It helped, but didn't work as well as what I originally had. After seeing the surgeon and getting his directive that the psoriasis had to be inactive, I went back on lint to see what was available. I found SkinCap at $100 a can (and up) without any cortisone. I read reviews about several other sprays, but because this had the cortisone, I decided to try it. I had two cortisone shots in back back this summer to try to take away the pain I've been having. It did nothing for the pain, but it cleared up the plaque on my skin, so I think the cortisone is a really important element to this spray. I will continue to use it, and hopefully it will take away all signs of psoriasis. I've really been concentrating on my back where the incision will for the operation, spraying at least 3-4 times a day. I occasional hit other areas as well, just not as consistently. The plaque is receding in these areas as well. As to the question of, "is this a good value", $60 is a lot of money for a can of spray that will probably not last a month, but it is available over the counter and it really seems to be visibly which it exactly why I ordered it. I recommend it. It's certainly worth a try.

My very favorite color polish.
This is my favorite CND nail polish. I love the color and have not been able to find it. Wish I had bought more.

Nice little "reference" book about the Everly brothers up until 1998.
Most of the information in this book can be found on line, but it is nice to have it all in one place. I am very happy I was able it find a copy, and at a reasonable price.
