Wrong and malfunctioning item item at a great cost

I was sent by the Dyson refurbished certified center my heater and cool fan approximately a month ago. I was sent a white fan when I had ordered a black one. Furthermore, the wide airflow function does not work properly, I can stand in front of my fan and not even feel the slightest breeze. I have the performance of my fan to in store demos and I can say that there is something truly wrong with the one I received. I am so unhappy with this item that I don't even use it, I prefer to use my Walmart fan I bought for for 18$.
