Good for IBS
1 of 1 found this helpful This is one of the only things that has helped to keep my abdominal cramping/spasming managed. It doesn’t fix it but it got me through a few years of having severe issues due to mold illness. Can’t wait to not need it, but it definitely brings relief (and better than any other off brand).
