Grab dropped hardware from tight spaces

This flexible claw is very well made. Something I would expect off the Snap On truck. The machined parts are well assembled. The handle hides three small batteries that illuminate when the claw is deployed. A bargain at twice the price. Recommended.

E36 Air Intake boot

I was sceptical to purchase this low cost air intake boot. The BMW part is about $60 and this is under $10. It fit perfectly and appears to be well made. Recommended.

IAC hose

Was very pleased with this German quality hose. Note that the clamps are "special". They are narrow to fit the manufactured lands on either hose end. The narrow type clamps fit perfectly and are much easier to install than coolant hose clamps. One hose end goes on the IAC motor and the other to a fitting that plugs into the intake boot before the MAF. There is not much room to get your hands beneath the intake manifold. But if you are persistent it can be done. Make certain that the hose is pulled up to the stop (boss) on the IAC when installing to avoid a vacuum leak. Remove the air intake box to install the other side. This is an easy job, especially if you have small hands (I don't). Good opportunity to train your woman to turn some wrenches.
