Make sure you have a knowledgeable person.
You need some knowledge to set this up, I needed somebody familiar with WiFi setups.

good price for reliable body thermometer
From first hand experience, nobody has invented a reliable digital thermometer. I've tried almost every digital brand, they are all unreliable. So back to fundamental thermometers, just like 50 years ago. So far these seem reliable, although you have to get used to the centigrade scale. And just like the old glass thermometers, you should shake down the fluid after each use. When you shake it down, stand above a carpet or some place which won't break the glass if it slips from your hand. No complaints so far.
