Whirlpool/Maytag Hi-Temp adhesive works .
Dryer/Washer Hi-Temp adhesive does the job, but pricey. Adhesive adheres well and dries fast. Used adhesive when replacing Maytag damper pads (felt pads). Not sure if it adheres to plastic, but great for metal to felt.
