A great small printer for the price, excellent quality prints, true colors.

I have owned larger, commercial Bizhubs in the past and love everything about them except the need to use a professional to make repairs to them. Parts are also very costly. I recently moved to an area that has no service within a 200 mile radius. I decided to try the C20 as all parts that could need replacing are easily replaced by the untrained. The parts are a bit pricey, but the quality is great for a small printer. The toner is costly as well, but still far more economical than ink. There are toner refill kits available which makes it far more affordable, but I'm not sure how many times you can refill before compromising quality. All in all a great printer for the price, easy to replace consumables and superior print quality. The duplexing feature (2-sided printing) has very tight registration, I am pleased. I would recommend downloading a service manual if you buy a used unit. It can be a little confusing figuring out how to replace some of the components without exact instructions.
