Accurate description
3 of 3 found this helpful This is an excellent book for anyone diagnosed with fibromyalgia and/or myofascial pain syndrome. It will also help others in your support network better understand what you are dealing with. Dr. Starlanyl's writings from her first hand experiences have helped educate others in the medical field. My physician highly endorsed her work for helping cope and learn to manage this debilitating disorder in my own life. The books give me hope, which one tends to loose when living in daily chronic pain which seems to have no end.
I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with this monster disorder.

Very pretty
Since there is a lifetime warranty, I decided to buy it. It is really nice, and has the feel of solid gold.The jury is out on how well this holds up.
