Variety of Aquarium Gravel, Sand, & Hermit Crab Sand: 2, 5, 10# options

Looks great, way too much money.

I love the look of black sand in my aquarium. When cleaning with an aquarium vacumn, remember that it will also vacumn up the sand as well as the debris so hold the vac a little higher. Whatever sand ends up in the bucket can be rinsed and returned to the tank. However I have learned that this sand looks identical to black blasting sand, size medium not fine, sold in 50 lb. bags at Tractor Supply for around 8 bucks which works beautifully as aquarium sand. So while I recommend black sand, I also recommend you save yourself a lot of money and have enough sand for your tank no matter how big it is by getting the blasting sand.

Did not help my lower back pain.

I found the product to be well made and it inflates and functions as it supposed to. There can be many reasons for back pain and I'm not saying it wont help you, but it is useless for me. My back pain is in my lower back, the belt goes around your waist and middle back. If you try to put it lower and then tighten it, it cannot tighten properly because of the anatomy of the body, your hip bones are in the way. This is the same thing as the Dr. Ho belt, which sounds wonderful on the tv commercials, which is why I bought it, but it just doesn't work. At all. I don't recommend it, especially if your pain is in the lower back.
