Best dampeners you can buy
I have been using these vibration dampener worms for a few years now. They work well, and last a relatively long time. I used to use the gel-filled worms, but those seem to break more often on me - these last longer, and don't make a ness when they break

Great bang-for-buck
If you have a socket 1150 motherboard, this is probably the best bang-for-buck cpu you can buy. It's not a "K" processor, so you can't overclock, but it's a nice upgrade over a pentium-class cpu.
