New DTV HD TV Outdoor Rotating Digital Antenna Kit With Remote 4K Broadcast

Problem antenna

Antenna does not work , even as good as my original in the same high location on the property. The rotating motor does not respond after each push of remote. I have talked to representatives to no additional help other than move to new location even though original in same lo action works better. Seems like materials used are really low quality especially coaxial cable. But I'm no engineer. Sad with purchase.
