Mixed review! But I would not buy this again.
Wish it wasn't so yes or no for answers! I tried to get carbon off a frying pan....and I guess I waited too long. It did work somewhat.....but I was trying to avoid buying a new pan.....and think I will have to anyway so I wasted the $25 that I could have put toward a new pan....not to mention the time I wasted. I used the whole can! Sprayed the pan 4 times and left it overnight.
I bet if yours isn't too bad...it will do a good job for you! WEAR GLOVES! Even a drop on your skin stings! And watch where you use it. I thought I ruined my soapstone sink! I had put plastic down in the sink and sprayed the pan on top of it, but some of the spray hit the sides of the sink and stained it It is not quite out yet....but is much better.

Very nice purchase
I got new pots/pans because I was finding my old ones too heavy now that I am older. I find I miss the heft of the old ones....but these are fine.
