Sexy and practical so it's a win-win.

There are so many things you can do besides straight fitness. It makes fitness fun without even knowing you are working a muscle or two!

Great music, great movie
After seeing the movie and realizing that Guy Pearce did the actual singing I came across the CD here on Ebay, purchased and absolutely love it. I also have the movie and being from a small town myself I can see people that fit the characters.
