I expected a "new condition" error free iRobot. Does not seem as advertised.

As I already mentioned, sometimes it runs fine. Sometimes it immediately stops and says "error 14" I check the dirt pan and try again sometimes it repeatedly stops with the same message. Sometimes it stops with no reason given, no indication of needing a charge yet other times it DOES need a charge even after charging all night. Interesting enough when i connected to app it said the unit had "50 hours of use on 28 jobs" and I have only used a few times???? This was advertised as "new open box", box was more mutilated than "open" and taped back together. When it runs, it does a good job. Would love a replacement same model or maybe new battery would work if you want to send? Please advise

Does the job...

It is a good quality but a bit pricey for such a small amount. I should have ordered it a little darker, I will know for the next time. It does a good job of temporary root coverage between touch ups.
