Great product.
2 of 2 found this helpful I have used it many times. It has helped me a lot, especially in the winter when I get colds,,, this year was bronchitis. It's times like these that you know you just need the extra electrolytes and hydration. This product is amazing. I feel better with it every time. Sometimes I just get working or doing something and I forget to hydrate, like today. One of these brings me around every time and I feel better. I'm sipping one right now before bedtime.
