Good Product for apartment living
3 of 3 found this helpful This antenna is very well constructed., Heat shrink wrap covers all of the connections and everything is tight.
I live in a first floor apartment and, of course, we have antenna restrictions. I temporarily just hung this in my living room near the patio door, I can now hit every repeater in Hennepin County which is 7-25 miles from me. Some are a little scratchy but I could not hit them at all with the 15 inch rubber duck. This is a good purchase.I have no talent for building things, especially electronics, so for me, this is a good value. RECOMMENDED,

Quality Antenna
The specs are as described. Well constructed. SWR on both VHF and UHF are right where they should be. This is an excellent product for a new or experienced operator who, like me, has no talent for any kind of construction. Great price too.
