Withstands Illinois winds
My biggest concern was the high winds we have in Illinois however it stays standing just fine. I filled it with sand so its pretty heavy

Voltage way too high
I purchased 3 of these and i tested the outputs one was 19.55VDC. one was 18.88 volts the other was 17.21 that seems a bit high for something that is specified at 9-12 volts + - 10% The problem is i tested after i connected it too something and it popped and started smoking
