For use on indoor floor surfaces
I bought this product to use with my Bowflex Maxi Trainer. Since I will be using the trainer in the garage I found out from the assembler that is really not be necessary when using on concrete floors. I t is really designed to be used on tile, carpet or wooden flooring where it would be essential to prevent slipping and floor damage. So for now I will keep it for that eventuality.

Size up with wide foot
The product is great except for one fact. If you have wide feet you need to size up. In my case one foot is wider than the other and I wear a running shoe 11- 4E. I found the large size 9-11 was way to small and the size XL 11-13 just fit perfectly on left foot but it was real tight on my right foot. I tried a size 2XL with intent of wearing one of each size with the XL on the left foot. It turns out the 2XL is magnitudes larger than the XL being several inches longer and quite loose so that was not a workable solution. I ended up putting vaseline on the inside of the fin and it slid on and loosened up with swimming.
