    Of course UPS tumbled package, interior could have been secured better, but everything survived and is intact. As described, great condition. They also managed to ship from storm Helene ravaged western NC in a timely manner. Complimentary artwork to boot... I will continue to pray for all your family, friends and neighbors. Thanks again

    I'm so very sorry to hear that UPS did not handle package well. I thought with the handles on the side they would hod onto it like that. Things were not as usual and the workers were pretty stressed out. Thak you very much for your understanding in lack of communication. We just had internet restored today so it has been 19 days without it. If there was any damage to anything inside we can file a claim with UPS. Thaks again for everything and I'm sorry things did not go as smoothly.
