Adequate and inexpensive
Backstory: Let's face it, the trolley cart I originally bought was not of the highest quality, but I didn't need it to be. When the wheels broke, I bought another cart of "better" quality which of course, cost more. (I didn't realize I could just replace the wheels on the original). When the new cart arrived, it had the same type of wheels that had broken on my first one, so I returned it and then bought just these replacement wheels. The quality is that of a good toy, but they're inexpensive and will do the job.
