Ergonomic only if one has long arms coupled with short legs.
2 of 2 found this helpful Let this review serve as a cautionary tale about buying desk chairs online.
I'm 5'11" tall, 189 lbs; the proportions of my trunk, arms and legs are typical.
The chair seat is too short in length for my thighs, such that my knees extend about 10" outward from the edge of the seat.
The chair arms sit several inches below my elbows, such that my elbows never touch them.
This chair would fit the body of a chimpanzee nicely.

Kickstand broke pretty quickly after little use
The kickstand is difficult to open.
I used it a few times, and then it broke.
Otherwise, I guess this case is okay.
You get what you pay for, right? The thing is cheap.
