I had no problem installing the OS on my 100 GB MAXTOR ATA-133 IDE Hard drive, but during installation, the maximum size of the hard drive was recognized as only 32 GB. I'm not sure of how to fix that problem as of yet. When the OS was loaded, it too showed the hard drive size as 32 GB.
Note I did try earlier to install the OS on a bigger hard drive which was a Hitachi PATA IDE 250 GB hard drive, but got error message in installation that the disk was bad, but I could load an already owned copy of Win XP Pro (no service packs) and it would read that at only a 120 GB maximum size of hard drive.
Need to figure out why I can't get the full size of hard drive to get recognized. But I do know that the product I bought will install on the Maxtor ATA-133 IDE Hard drive.

Works great with all my 3D applications & video editing. Microsoft Certified for windows xp pro / service pk 3.
