Neither wireless nor universal
Product photo/captioning doesn't match description or product. Product is not wireless. Wires are loose and do not stay connected well in any number of devices (laptop/chromebook/switch/cell). Audio quality ok, not great. Microphone only works with laptop/chromebook but not cell or game devices. Microphone control simply fell apart and had to be glued back together. Plasticky, cheap construction. For under $30 I suppose I got what I paid for, but the poor connector construction is the pits. In less than a month of careful handling I've needed crazy glue and electrical tape to keep it in usable condition.
