Unfortunate packing skills
The 12" Apple Powerbook G4 laptop computer I purchased was put in an 11" box with no packing material and shipped to me. There are grave issues now with this item and I'm not sure how to proceed. I understood the condition of the item was used, but in working condition. It is not working well and the disc drive does not work at all.
