It worked for 2 wks then stopped responding.
6 of 8 found this helpful It was really easy to setup. But after 2 weeks, when I plug it in, the ActionTec logo appears on a black screen for a few seconds. Then the screen turns black. The device will not respond to my phone or laptop. I tried downloading the utility app, but it needs to connect in order to work and it cannot connect. I tried emailing ActionTec ave got no response. Not worth the money I spent what so ever.
