Be careful....
7 of 7 found this helpful The unit I purchased had been registered previously and could not be registered by me without the previous users login and pass word. After multiple calls to Honeywell this problem was solved.
In addition, the previous owner had damaged the wire terminal so rewiring was more difficult than I expected.
The documentation is not clear on how to handle the wires associated with changeover on a heat pump from cooling to heating (and vice versa) so I am still working on getting the heating to work in heat pump mode./

Buyers of educational products for pre K and K need to be very careful in purchases
I purchased this product on the recommendation of a friend. When it arrived I was very disappointed that it is only for learning capital letters. I am trying to teach my grandson letters and sounds, I have made mistakes in purchases more than once. I'm starting with lower case letters as they are the predominant letters in the sight words we are also working on learning. Other products I've purchased also have different fonts which just confuse the children. Look at the "a" in this review. It is not the a children are learning to use in pre-school but is typical in these products. A few other letters are similarly different.
I am amazed that so many of the "educational" materials on the market don't use the common letters being taught.
This, until we get through the lower case letters this product will not be helpful and then it will have a short useful life.
