Better than most, as good as the best.
The shiny blade can be deceiving as to look cheap. This is a good knife for skinning, and sharpens and holds its edge with the best. It is well made, great in ones hand, and due to the blade composition very easy to clean. I wish there was a longer blade length is my only want.

Pony Express did not drop the mail

If reasonably priced, buy it for land, water, air use.
The only downside to this product is the leather sheath which is exellently made. That said, for water use a nylon or plastic sheath would hold up better.
