Salt is not your friend.
this book is for anyone who needs a not salt or low salt diet., no make that a way of life. For those of us who, now need this information. THEY ALSO TELL YOU WHERE TO BUY SAID IDEAMS YOU CAN NOT FIND IN THE LOCAL STORE. This book is a life saver for me. I am still reading and learning about my condition. I like this book so much I sent one to family member who has the same problem as I do. Also plan on sending one to each of my children.
