Prevention Fitness Systems - Walk Yourself Fit
I just picked this out of the list of walking for fitness dvd's that came up when I did my search. I wasn't familiar with any of them so one seemed just as good as the next. Once I got it I was very happy with it. The routines were not too hard to pick up and fun after I got the hang of it. The lady that does the work out with you isn't so annoying that you can't watch it ( as some fitness dvd's are are a few different work outs on the dvd so you don't have to get bored with the same one every time and the music is good. The only bad thing I can say about it is that there is too much stuff in the begining that you have to get through before the actual work out comes on. When I'm in the mood to work out I want to do it right then and it is a pain to wait through all the disclaimers and other stuff.

Not the best quality
Some of the shoe charms broke within the first couple of days of my daughter wearing them. There was a good mix of charms.. it's a good deal money wise, but they seemed flimsy.

Great for beginner or intermediate
This is my first time trying Jessica Smith. I have been doing " Walking " dvd's for some time now and lost over 90 lbs in the last 2 years. I have been wanting to add weight training, and this was the perfect way. You an use 1lb, 3lb, or 5lb weights depending on your strength level..or none at all if you're just getting started. The Dvd is easy to follow..no complicated moves. I really felt like I had a good workout at the end even though it was tons of cardio. I'd say it's about 75% weights and 25% walking. The only drawback for me is I use a Fitbit tracker and it doesn't pick up the movements as activity when you are doing the weight lifting portions. So for the days I do this workout I don't meet my goal, but my body knows I did it ! lol This is good for maybe about 2 -3 times a week. More than that and you would be burned out. Overall I really liked it and would recommend it.
