May keep as a backup or regift....
Pro's: price
Cons: noise cancellation = 0. I use these for work from home so the NC for background noise is imperative. The 4200 series NC is unmatched - I thought these would be an upgrade but they are not. And quite a few times the audio cut off where I couldn't hear my caller and they couldn't hear me.
