Packaging was a little shabby, but got the job done. I did have to reset the device to factory default due to a password that had been left, effectively locking me out from adding/ altering it with my own Microsoft account. I would purchase from this seller again.

Great alternative!
Heck of a deal considering the name brand equivalents cost this much for just one mount! All the parts are pretty self-explanatory. Sturdy construction. The suction cup definitely holds well, so I'm looking forward to using that on my Jeep.
