I use to be a gun/knife collector, but a diagnosis of Parkinson s disease stopped all that, my driving included. So I fell back on an old hobby I hadn t done in years - stamp Collecting. I do FDC and proof cards as they are easier to handle.

Novel novelties, a rare bird indeed!
Sure, they have little intrinsic value, but they are made better than most novelties I have seen. I realize than many collectors will laugh them off as a joke, but they are not trying to be funny, they have philatelic history on them. I am for most anything that will stir up interest in the philatelic world.
While I personally wouldn't collect a great deal of this type of material, these caught my eye and seemed worth trying. Glad I did!

Size and capacity do matter (sometimes)!
1 of 1 found this helpful If at first it seems a bit pricy, consider that you are getting storage for upwards of two hundred FDC'S and a slip cover. All that and it looks good on the shelf. I'll admit that it took me a couple of weeks to even consider using the larger format album, but once I did - I LIKED IT!!!
No one product is for everybody and I am certain there are those who would argue the point with me. All I can do is tell you my experiences and impressions to date - and they are all positive. I just ordered another one for a total of four. THAT is how strongly I feel about this product at this moment in time. Hoped this helps you with any decision you make. Happy Cover hunting.

Super Pages???
0 of 1 found this helpful I can't say enough good things about this product. The first indication that this is not your average package of pages is when you pick it up. Heavy and solid are the two best words to describe it. I was really taken aback by the weight. I have bought all types and brands of pages and have never found any that are this well made.
There are some good brands for sale and this item has to rank at or near the top in all major categories. While I am just getting started with them, they seem to hold the covers snuggly in place; putting on a par with my personal favorite up until now, Scott.
Time will always tell, but I'm betting that these pages will rate at or to so close to the top that it will make no difference which you use. Right now, my money is these new Vario pages.
