Upgraded from Windows Vista
I thought the upgrade went smooth. I had printed out procedures from the Microsoft website before ordering the product. The important thing to understand before hand is the type of install your are going to do. An upgrade or a brand new install. Your prep will be different depending. Other than that, the install is straight forward. Length of time depends on the speed of your computer. The only problem I had was after the upgrade was the number of updates(about 200 security, etc.) that had to be run. I tried to run all at one time and the procedure cancelled about 3/4 through. It had to back all changes out. This took a lot of time. I then reran the updates selecting about 15 at a time and they applied fine. I am happy with the product. Speed has increased and memory usage is reduced.

Quality Product
The expansion drive is being used as a back-up storage device. Works as advertised. Great product.

Not Oil Rubbed Bronze
If you are looking for Oil Rubbed Bronze, this is not for you. Color is dark gray. Don't know if the product works because I never installed it.
