  I recommend Salesman. The ordered item was not delivered, but it was not the Seller's fault. Item ordered on Feb 24. The seller promptly ships the item on Feb 25. On Feb 28, the item arrives at the Consolidation Center in Glendale Heights. On Mar 11, the item is sent back from Glendale Heights to the Seller. eBay informs me that ''the package cannot be delivered due to a restricted/prohibited item''. Mar 20 The Seller returns the funds for the payment. Question: Mercury lamp is prohibited item ?
