It is now a daily substance that I take.
This product is good for so many reasons. I find that it is very tasty and easy to take because there is no nasty flavor and you can chew it up before swallowing it. Over a period of time, I've noticed that it seems to be adding to my boost of energy. I don't seem as tired and it seems that I can last longer than I normally do during the day.

Cute little ring
This item is such an eye catcher and a great look! I love the simple design and features that it has and everyone seems to notice it every time that I wear it. The only problem with this item is that the size is so small and I have to wear it on my pinky finger, but I would like to have it in a larger size.
