  Seller was extremely responsive to all of my requests when purchasing a laptop and had been a great help. The laptop I purchased was an excellent condition MacBook and seller shared every little detail about the product that gave me full reassurance to buy from him. There were some delivery issues along the way that delayed my package significantly, but it did come in a safe condition and the seller did make sure to wrap it up well. Would definitely recommend purchasing from him!

  I received a faulty device. It is not reading floppy disks and displays a faulty image, as you can see on the photo. Seller states he sent it over working, but never proved with a photo. Seller is not willing to resolve the issue, just asking me to send it back leaving me with a lot of shipping, VAT and customs cost. I suggested to share the cost of repair, but he refused to help. Very arrogant and unfriendly seller, try to avoid him!

After the listing clearly stated that no returns would be accepted, I was more than willing to accept the item back for a full refund. Due to the fact, it was damaged in transit.
