A definitive must listen!
This is a wonderful album. You need to hear this, regardless of cost. His acoustic pieces are especially nice; I don't think he's done it since. A great introduction to what he's become in terms of composition and virtuosity. This is a great album! Fiery yet lots of passion, it covers a lot of musical ground. One of the best 70s releases ever, easily the equal of Mahavishnu or Return To Forever. Just outstanding, and a must-listen for fusion fans, as well as others that just want a good variety of excellent music. 5 stars plus!

Believe It!
1 of 1 found this helpful I've always had this it seems, I have it on vinyl and I found a used one on disc some years back. This one is remastered nicely and has a couple bonus tracks, one that's real interesting, so for the price I bit. Nice buy! Now I really hear tony's playing and how he colored things so well-noone like him! Everybody shines on this and the songs are good-this is still one of my favorites! Never sounds dated and these guys go from in your face to smoothing it out with ease where most bands struggle to show any dynamics at all. Nice!
