Fragile... no input protection!
These are 3S 12.6V battery capacity meters. Made in China. There is no input or short circuit reverse polarity protection on these. Hooking it up backwards will fry it. The parts are surface mount and the LEDs and switch are through- hole. The solder is cheap and was oxidized. The switch is nice and has a raised button. The voltage measurements are a little off. The specs say the first led turns off at 11.5 volts but it was off at 11.8v. Otherwise no issues with it. It's cheap and works.

Works Okay
The board is well constructed all SMD, but the bottom was covered in flux residue, so quality control is probably not the greatest. Board seems to work okay. My cells balanced fine and the LVP worked when one cell got too low under voltage sag under load. Otherwise no issues. I like how the contacts were labeled.

Good Modem and Router Combo
I'm using this on Comcast/Xfinity internet and it's been good for the last 2 weeks. It should work with all the major cable ISP's out there as well. The dual-band function is great for increasing speeds and range on the 5 GHz band. The 2.4 GHz band is standard, and I didn't see any improvement in the range or speed over the DSL modem/router. The model is a standard DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem, but it includes the Netgear AC1600 b/g/n/ac wireless router. It supports 16x4 channel duplexing, dual-band WiFi, and a really nice user interface. There's 2 gigabit Ethernet ports on the back, and a USB 2.0 port for attaching a storage device that can be accessed through the network, like NAS. However, it's only USB 2.0, and I wished it was 3.0 like my DSL router/modem had. The maximum throughout is 680 mbps, so it will work with the fastest cable bandwidth with the exception of 1 gbps fiber (which requires a different modem). Overall, a great modem/router.
