took a chance...
9 of 9 found this helpful i was very excited for this item to arrive- there weren't any reviews i could find at the time of purchase so i didn't know what to expect. very disappointed once it finally came it's very cheap and not worth the $100, i feel like i'm going to break it with every adjustment and it's not very sturdy. the fabric chosen for the shell is an odd choice because it just keeps grabbing your project fabric- in theory would sound good so your fabric doesn't fall but in reality it makes it a pain to try to adjust your fabric and get it properly on there.
anyways i'm going to return it. however, i have to pay to ship it back, i am not getting a refund for the initial shipping, plus i have a $20 deduction from my refund for a 'restocking fee'. I've never had to cover shipping both ways at any other store- i would get compensated for one of the shipments and Very good stores have refunded my initial shipping as well as paid for shipping to return the item
so in the end it's not even worth it to ship it back i just don't want it to take up space in my house.
